Hello, Everyone, this is an ObjectBar port of Aleksyandr's awesome
Magnum skin (with permission of course ^^). This is the Experimental (EX)
version, which differs from the original skin in that it has a flat toolbar,
while the orginal uses buttons. The Default (DF) version (which is not yet
complete at the time of this release, is closer to the original. The
Vertical menu is very fast, and actually quite different from Windows
Classic.

This skin was actually completed on the 1st of 2002, but I was
still adding new features, and getting permission, etc. There may be some
resoulution issues with the Virtual Desktops, but I'm not really sure since
I use 1600x1200 resolution. The bar can be resized if you are willing to
spend a few moments customizing it, otherwise tough luck. I strongly
recommend that you either use the original Magum WindowBlinds skin or my new
Magnum EX Windowblinds skin with this ObjectBar. Unfortunately, The Magnum
EX WindowBlinds skin is not yet available, but will be very soon.

Anyway, I'll explain in detail some of the sections on the popup menu
that may not be functional on your computer without some configuration. The
first section of the popup menu contains the "Start Menu" entries, although
its called "Main" if you look in the properties dialog. I put it there for
convinent access, but its easy to change if you don't like it that way.

In the next section, there are two Folders: "Configuration" and
"Administration." "Configuration" is basically the same thing as
"Control Panel." It requires that you make a folder that is a shortcut to
the control panel somewhere on your hard drive. (You must change that folder
to something other than what I specified, since that is my setup) If you want
to save time and aggravation, just change the folder type to "special", and
select "Control Panel". Second, there is an "Administration" folder. Again,
you're going to need to make a folder for this somewhere on your hard drive,
with a subfolder called "Tools" inside. Bascially it includes two sections.
The Folder inside of "Administration", called "Tools" which isn't there by
default, Is a folder that contains shortcuts of all the NT "Administrative
Tools." The remainder of the "Administration" folder contains shortcuts to
programs that should be in the "Control Panel," but are not "official" Control
Panel applets for some reason or another.

The next section includes "Programs," "Common," and "Startup."
"Programs" and "Startup" should be self-explanitory, but "Common" is a bit
more complex. The "Common" folder is basically the same thing as the
recent programs feature in Windows XP. Unfortunately, it is currently
useless since Object Bar does not have a commmand to implement a Common
Programs list at the time of this release, (Object Bar v0.75) so you can
safely ignore it for now ^^.

Next, you have "Locations" and "Recent". "Locations" is another
unofficial special folder that I use to store shortucts to important folders.
I basically have links to my Start Menu Folder, Programs Folder, Startup,
etc... Use it however you like or feel free to ignore it. "Recent" is rather
self explanatory, since it is simply a list of the 20 most recent documents.
If it is showing more than 20, then check your windows settings, and change it
as desired.

Okay, the next section is "Commands". Basically, this section
contains various time-saving commands. It isn't really a folder on your hard
drive, but rather part of the theme itself. If you want to exit my object
bar, this is the menu for you. The rest are interesting, try them out for
yourself to see what they do. Finally, the last menu is called "Shut Down".
This is fairly self-explanatory, but in case you didn't know, you can turn off
or restart your computer with this. Currently, it doesn't work for me under
Windows XP. By the way, you need to download the program KeelOS (a commandline
shutdown program) to use everything BUT Logoff, for the time being. If you
don't want to download KeelOS, and change the path of Shutdown and Restart,
(which is totally understandable), then just change it to one of the Object
bar commands for shutdown or restart. Unfortunately, these don't work under
Windows XP either.

By the way, if you've bothered to read this far through my readme, I'm
rather impressed. Last of all, I want to explain the policy on modifications.
If, for some reason, (easily understandable) you want to modify the skin and
submit the improved version to a skin site, please get permission from
Aleksyandr (alek@aleksyandr.com) AND me (Timff10@yahoo.com) to avoid any
confusion.

Anyway, feel free to send me feedback (Timff10@yahoo.com)
about the skin, but please don't send me anything spam or lewd, or else I will
take immediate action by either blocking you entirely or by reporting you to a
spam agency. So don't do it!!! Anyway, feel free to give suggestions or even
constructive criticism, but please don't be too harsh as it IS my first Object
Bar skin. Have fun and feel free to contact me as long as you don't send any
"bad" email.
