P5yys 4vs4 Mappack

Primarily for online play and 4 vs 4 team games ,but can easily be played offline.
The aim of the 4v4 mappack is to bring to the community , maps which promote Teamwork , communication and fleet coordination.

For too long have players been relying on Large single star random. The problem with this map is that its easy to be isolated , turning the game into 1 vs 1 , or even 2 vs 1. Early quits , game degenerates. Twin Empires is broken starting positions. Aerolian sector ends up being two unfair games in different systems. Grindstone is okay... .

For my mappack im introducing 6 maps + variations

Names

Atriedies.: This map is rather simple in design , not offering

DeadSpace : A Teamwork based around Deadasteroids providing chokepoints to key areas. Players must work together to put up forward bases inorder to contest for the planets in the middle. All players start close to each other. Right of the bat , players must communicate who gets what , who goes where , and which areas they should work together to conquer.

Kronac's Khaos : A rather Khaotic map , which offers many suprises. Designed to keep players on their toes , theres soo much to do that the map can often at times be overwhelming. Just the sort of game for the fast witted and alert. Now comes as a 4v4 or 2v2v2v2. Players will expierence the sort of mayhem that Kronocs Cross offered in 2v2.

Gasplains : A map designed to be a team adventure. Expect your fleets to be side by side with the fleets of your allies , as you try to conquer and control the Gasgiants and their orbiting planets. Communicate with your allies , stay close to your allies and work together to control the Gasplains.

10p : 10p is a 5v5 variant of the same map

The GreatDivide : No RTS game is complete without the classic bottleneck map. Sins will be no different. With this map , players will have to hurry to grab the four forward asteroids that they can either choke , or they can use as staging platforms for a coordinated attack through the divide. Expect all eight fleets to battle it out together in the divide. For an added twist , not only is there plentiful neutral asteroids within the divide , but wormholes that can send your fleets behind enemy lines.

Variations :
Noworms : noworms is a no wormhole variant , so if you chokepoint those four asteroids , nothing is gonna get past it.

Paradise Storm : Paradise Storm , is a great 4v4 map which offers Terran planets and electric storms to control and conquer
