Mod: Bug Fix StuffyDoll - Predictive Targeting Module V1.0

Description:Predictive Targeting module does not apply it's 25% weapon range bonus to the "Enhanced" versions of any weapon.

Notes:

• Author: StuffyDoll
Adding stat blocks for the Enhanced versions duplicates the range bonus if both types are present.
Removal of the component type target and simply targeting the ship fixes this.
• Make sure you have the Mods option enabled in the options menu.
