Mod: UP - GA - Experimental Defense Upgrades V1.2

Description: This mod upgrades the effect from the Reflector, E-Web, Point Defense and Chaff with later technology unlocks, keeping those modules relevant later in the game. This mod also fix the Reflector text and description by renaming it Deflector since there is no mechanism yet in game that reflect damage back toward an attacking ship.

Notes:

• Make sure you have the Mods option enabled in the options menu.
