Mod: UP - GA - Orbital and Surface Mining Upgrades V1.4
Description: This mod adds tier 2 and tier 3 upgrades to the orbital mining extractors. It also fixes a couple of XML oversights. All is provided seamlessly through appropriate tech unlocks for all the available tech trees. Removed the Farmer trait requirements from some of the extractors as well.
Notes:
- NOTE: I recommend also using UP_GA_SupplyAttritionAIUpgrades along side this mod, to properly unlock level 3 of the Nanite extractors.
- Special Thanks to Sarellion for making those compatible with the Synthetic tech tree
- Make sure you have the Mods option enabled in the options menu.

- Hyper Silicate L3 research bonus increased from +2 to +3 to differentiate it with its L2 version
- Techapod Hive L3 manufacturing bonus increased from +2 to +3 to differentiate it with its L2 version
- Snuggler Colony L3 influence bonus increased from +2 to +3 to differentiate it with its L2 version
- Ultra Spice L2 extraction rate changed from 0.2 to 0.25 to stay consistent with other extractor that do 0.1 --> 0.25 --> 0.5
