Description: This mod add the ultimate miniaturization capstone tech at the end of the ship class line.

Default tech tree: Capstone flag is back! Capstone are now fixed and working as intended.

Default tech tree: Reduce capacity bonus to 2% and fleet supply to 25 and added a new bonus of 3 to logistic.

Default tech tree: Increased cost.

New Human tech tree: Increased fleet supply bonus to 250.
