Mod: UP - MBC - Overhead Be Gone V1.0

Description: This mod removes the nasty overhead when building improvements that was added recently to the game. This hurts the AI more than anything and it could use all the help it can get. It also adds a line to rebalance the Shipyard return rate when idle if you want to modify that.

Notes:

• NOTE: It's easy to change those values to your own preference, simply open the XML file, change the value to what you prefer and then save the file.
• Make sure you have the Mods option enabled in the options menu.
